How much do you pay for houses?
Well, that depends. However, we assure you all offers we make on houses are based on current comparative market analysis (comps). Of course, since we buy houses as is, the condition of the house you’re selling will also affect the offer, but we promise we won’t lowball you.
Is your full offer really the full amount I’ll get at closing?
For the most part, yes. But know that while it is our policy to shoulder all closing costs, depending on your state, you may be asked to pay taxes and other minimal fees. We can assure you though, none of these “incidental costs” go to us.
My house is trashed. Would you still buy it?
Yes! No matter what the condition of your house is, we buy as is. Of course, the overall condition of the house will have an effect on the offer amount (I believe that’s understandable). So it doesn’t matter of your house is vandalized, fire damaged, flooded, has molds or even haunted (LOL!), as long as you’re selling it, we’re buying.

Market value is the most probable price that a property should bring in a competitive and open market, where the buyer and seller are both motivated and a reasonable time is allowed for exposure in the open market.

Market value is determined by comparing your property to similar houses in the same area that have sold within recent months. It is not based on the current list price of similar houses—only the sold values. We take into consideration the condition of the house, the cost of necessary repairs and any encumbrances or obstacles to clear title.
Can I refuse your offer?
Of course! As long as nothing’s been signed, there’s no obligation.
Can I re-take your offer if I change my mind?

No worries. We’ll take care of the closing and send you your money wherever you want it sent.
At closing, how do I get paid?
If you come to the closing, you’ll receive a cashier’s check. If you can’t show up in person, we’ll wire you the money.
How long does it usually take to sell my house through you?
